FAQ

  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, inflatables, decorations, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, add the delivery service base on you location and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue. If at any point you feel like you need help call us and we will gladly help you.

  • In the event that rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items. An optional add on to your rental is our "Damaged Waiver" 10% of the total ticket price, which covers any accidental damages to the rental items. ( Does not cover any damages done by negligence.)

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • Description

  • If you have to reschedule your event, you will not lose your money and we will be happy to adjust the event date (depending on rentals availability) at no charge. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event.

  • To reserve rental items a 25% or $50 ( whichever is greater ) deposit is required. Remaining balance is due 24 hours before delivery time. Cash payment, must be done prior to off-loading rental items.

  • Yes there is. The rates quoted are for round trip. The charge will be based on the delivery location. We require that you give us at least a 4 hour window of time for all deliveries. If a specific time is needed, simply contact us to arrange it. There will be an additional charge for "On Time Delivery".

  • We do offer set-up and break-down service, however arrangement must be made prior to delivering.

    **Inflatables prices already include set-up and break-down fee.
